SHU Extends Invitation to Prospective Students

Siena Heights University is offering several opportunities for prospective students and their families to visit the Adrian campus.

A Discover Siena Open House is scheduled from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Nov. 10. Discover Siena events provide an in-depth look at Siena Heights. Open houses are full-service programs that include faculty and student panels, tours of the campus, admissions and financial aid counseling and transfer credit assessment. In addition, students have access to sessions with faculty, coaches and university leaders. Most importantly, the flexible schedule allows for plenty of free time to stroll the campus, talk with current students and visit the university’s bookstore. Discover Siena events are also scheduled for Jan. 26, 2008, and Feb. 23, 2008.

There are also Family Friday events scheduled for Dec. 14, March 14, 2008, and April 18, 2008. Family Friday is a specialized visit program tailored specifically for prospective students and their families. Those attending can learn about the general aspects of Siena Heights University. It is also a chance to learn about prospective students’ academic and personal interests, special abilities, career aspirations and any previous college experience. SHU can also provide prospective students with valuable, individualized information needed to make an informed decision about college.

For more information Discover Siena, Family Friday – or any other program at Siena Heights, please call 1-800-521-0009 or 517-264-7180.
